Despite the freezing temperatures and the threat of snow, we headed out to the shores of Whitstable for our latest cream tea.
Nestled in the grounds of Whitstable Castle is the Orangery. With the cold wind outside we were warm and cosy in this lovely wood paneled room. The room looked out onto the landscaped gardens, which in warmer weather would have been great to sit out in!
Although there was a great selection of cakes, we opted for the cream tea (surprise surprise!) The scones (freshly made that morning) were very tasty and the staff were lovely!
